TWENTY MILLION EUROS FOR „GREEN“ CREDITS

New credit support to enterprises and units of local government.

All entrepreneurs, craftsmen and farmers, as well as local and regional administrations, where broad support to investment in manufacturing innovation and research is seriously considered, now have the opportunity of using a new credit support by the Zagrebačka banka that provides free incentives and free technical support. The funds are part of the EBRD, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which refers to easier investment in energy efficiency projects that meet the criteria of energy savings and / or reducing the amount of carbon dioxide.

Zagrebačka banka is the only local bank that will qualify for funding from such a project, which provides grants by the European funds - for companies grants amount up to ten percent of the loan, while the units of local government can get up to 15 percent grant. Grants are provided to entrepreneurs and farmers who achieve energy savings of up to 20 percent, and in civil engineering structures of up to 30 percent.

Zagrebačka banka has been financing the renewable energy projects and energy efficiency ever since the launch of the first windmill Trtar-Krtolin, and the entrepreneurs can use the "green credits " for investments in equipment, systems and processes to improve energy efficiency and small renewable energy projects.
