Miniaturized lines are innovative technologies capable of supporting small farmers and rural entrepreneurs in the diversification of their economic activities. 
They are small size environmentally friendly processing machines capable of producing  high quality ready to be sold in the market agro food products. 
In the framework of IPATECH the following machines were purchased and used to make experimentations together with the project target groups and stakeholders:
