From the 1st to the 5th of August Associazione Sviluppo Rurale participated in the Mercatino del Gusto that was held in Maglie (province of Lecce). This is a relevant rural fair for the whole territory: it reached its 15th edition. There were many participants, locals and tourists,
and there were numerous rural entrepreneurs who took part both as visitors and exhibitors. Associazione Sviluppo Rurale placed inside its stand one of the two solar dryers which were purchased with IPATECH project: “Miniaturization technology: synergies of research and innovation to enhance the economic development of the Adriatic”. This machine was used to explain, in detail, the functioning of this kind of technology including the solar panels connected to the machine. The fair was a great opportunity to spread information about innovative technologies; it also facilitated the encounter with local actors to promote the activities, services and results reached so far by the project.
