Following already started training in the organization of the Croatian Chamber of Economy - Split County Chamber, the association O.L.E.A. from Pesaro, Italy will held a course for olive oil tasters in Split.
The aim of the course is to train the tasters to conduct sensory analysis of olive oil in accordance with the methodology applied in the European Union. The first such training was introduced in 2008 by the Croatian Chamber of Economy Zadar County Chamber in Zadar and because of the high interest the course was held once again in 2011. The course is scheduled for 11 to 16 April 2013 for 25 participants. The registration fee is 1,500 kn and all other information can be obtained at Croatian Chamber of Economy Split County Chamber;
