Main characteristics
The system is suitable for processing of food products into jams, concentrates, sauces, patè, etc. Even if it is small, it reflects the technological characteristics of installations of higher capacity, which guarantee a high quality of the finished product and the maximum hygiene in the production cycle. This feature is essential in order to use this machinery also for educational and training system.
The use of this machinery ensures that the product is not handled by operators, guaranteeing high quality of the finished product.
This system is versatile and flexible, each individual component can be used as such without any other unit.
Moreover, it is able to provide characteristics of multifunctionality. It allows to pack (jams, marmalade, concentrates, sauces, past, natural and concentrated purees, fruit compotes, etc.) automatically in glass jars and their conservation is achieved through pasteurization.
