VALORBIO project, funded by Italian Ministry of Agriculture, aimed at promoting local, heirloom vegetable cultivars in horticulture, with a particular focus on the adaptation to organic farming. Tomatoes, watermelons, lentils, peppers, onions, are just a few examples of species included in the project.
The next meeting, held at CRA-ORA premises, will be the chance to spread the outputs of the project and to discuss the results with farmers, researchers and other stakeholders.
