On the 11th and 12th of June in Pula, Croatia, will take place the 4th project meeting foreseen by IPATECH.
The experimentations that will be implemented by all project partners in the coming months will be one of the main focus of the meeting. A variety of miniturized machines will be used for this purpose: ministurized line for vegetable preserves, mini cheese factory, solar driers and a mobile shop. The goal to be reached through the pilot activities is increasing the awareness level of the project target groups about the opportunities offered by new available technologies which are capable to improve their economic sustainability. Rural entrepreuneurs will be able to test the machines and directly see the benefits relative to the quality of the processed agrofood products and the environment. Project partners will also work together on new proposals to enhance the Agrofood Innovation Centers and and their spreading to other countries.
