Ndoc Fasllia (vice minister of Agriculture, Food and Consumer protection): Priority for 2013 is the National Olives Program
One of the main priorities for the year 2013 for the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer production will continue to remain realization of the programme for the development of the olive production in Albania. To discuss on the development of such a program for the following three years, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer protection organized in Vlora a meeting with producers of olive saplings, with farmers that cultivate olives and olive oil processors in Albania. The state budget will continue to support 80 % of the process of the sowing of the new oil plants.
